There are hundreds of people hoping to be hired for a single position in the market. Currently, the job market is in a bearish state. Tim Cook, The CEO of Apple, has stated that success does not require a college degree. On this point, the question that needs to be answered is, do schools actually prepares young people for the future.

The most significant issue is that young people do not want to have any kind of risk in their lives. Despite the fact that they have a college degree, they are only interested in obtaining the job of their dreams, and they do not consider other opportunities, such as starting their own company or acquiring the skills necessary to provide freelance services.
