The good news for all of these individuals who have not been very successful in acquiring higher degrees is that the majority of the most successful companies in the world today are not interested in job assignments for individuals who have completed a degree program that is four years long. On the other hand, they want you to possess the qualities that are necessary for employment. The most successful businesses in the world, such as Apple, IBM, and Google, are committed to the principles of self-learning, innovation, passion, and having well-defined objectives.

A list of the top companies that do not require applicants to have a bachelor’s degree or higher has been compiled by Glassdoor. Employers like Google, Apple, and IBM are more interested in candidates with skills than those with a college degree.

According to the head of talent organization at IBM, these kinds of jobs are referred to as new-collar jobs, and the eligibility of the candidates is determined by their level of expertise. In this manner, all of the applicants who have demonstrated their technical expertise but have not been able to complete their four-year degree in any way will have the opportunity to become a part of these organizations. Among these examples is Tanmay Bakshi, who is considered to be one of the youngest software programmers in the entire world.
